Single Wheel Oven

The horizontal positioning of alloy wheels provides improved access to surfaces during powder coating, helping operators achieve consistent coverage and a high-quality finish. Each oven includes two purpose-designed rotary wheel trolleys, allowing operators to rotate the wheel for easier access during coating. The trolleys feature an unobstructed design, providing improved access to the underside of the wheel and helping make detailed coating easier to achieve. Designed with a lower operating height, the system aims to improve accessibility and operator comfort. Each oven features 4 kilowatts of heating and a maximum operating temperature of 210 degrees Celsius, with 100 millimeters of insulation throughout.

Each oven accommodates a single alloy wheel up to 24 inches. Each oven is 1,150 millimeters wide, 1,450 millimeters high, and 1,150 millimeters deep. Power supply configurations are available in either single phase or three phase to suit your workshop installation. You can also choose between side opening doors or top opening door configurations. With four independent ovens, rotary wheel trolleys, and a system height designed for easier access, the horizontal powder coating system supports a practical and organized refurbishment workflow.
