The Matrix24 can plot and cut around the outer edge of the rim within one plotted programme. It is also
capable of plotting and cutting 90° return edges, extending the machine’s ability to reproduce complex
wheel profiles accurately and consistently.
During machining, the operator can modify the plotted profile when required, providing direct control over
the final finish without losing the intuitive workflow of the system.

For 2027, the Matrix24 introduces an integrated high-definition CCTV system that records the machining
process. A dedicated high-definition viewing screen gives the operator a clear view of the operation while
the machine is working.
The integrated screen recorder also provides a valuable diagnostic and training tool, allowing machining
processes to be reviewed when required.

NEW FOR 2027 — Wheel Profile Certificate
The Matrix24 introduces a new Wheel Profile Certificate function, creating a record of the wheel’s profile
and the material removed by the machine during the repair process.
The certificate can be printed and provided to the customer, giving the repairer a professional record of the
work carried out and an additional level of documentation and traceability.

Integrated Bluetooth Audio
The 2027 Matrix24 also features an integrated Bluetooth speaker system, bringing convenient audio
connectivity directly into the machine environment.

Productivity Built Into the Process
With an efficient plotting and machining workflow, a typical operator can repair around 16 wheels per day,
with some operations achieving between 16 and 24 wheels per day. Actual throughput depends on wheel
design, damage, preparation and machining requirements.
