The MICRO 24 has been designed from the ground up around mobile operation. Compact enough to fit into the back of a van, the machine allows professional operators to take CNC alloy wheel machining directly to dealerships, bodyshops, tyre centres, smart repair locations and customer site
Its compact size does not mean compromising on CNC technology.
The MICRO 24 incorporates the software and core machining features developed across our professional CNC
range, giving mobile operators access to precision wheel profiling, wireless probing, anti-crash protection and
controlled CNC machining in a compact package.

13 AMP. 240V. SINGLE PHASE.
The MICRO 24 has been specifically engineered for mobile use and runs from a standard 13 amp, 240V
single-phase supply.
This means there is no requirement for a dedicated three-phase industrial power supply, making the machine
particularly suitable for mobile technicians and workshops where portability and flexibility are essential.
Take the machine to the wheel – rather than taking the wheel to the machine.

The MICRO 24 may be compact, but it has been built as a professional CNC machine.
Its solid construction, precision CNC system and carefully developed machining software are designed to deliver a
superior diamond-cut finish while providing the consistency required for professional alloy wheel refurbishment.

platform.

THE CNC THAT CAN CUT WITH THE TYRE ON OR OFF
The Pocket Rocket is the only CNC machine we supply with the ability to machine alloy wheels with the tyre
fitted or with the tyre removed.
This unique capability gives mobile smart repair operators additional flexibility when carrying out repairs.
Where appropriate, the wheel can be machined without removing the tyre, helping to reduce preparation time and
allowing repairs to be carried out more efficiently.
For jobs requiring the tyre to be removed, the machine can also operate in the conventional way.
The Pocket Rocket is designed around the realities of mobile smart repair – where flexibility, speed and practicality
matter.

To keep the machine compact enough for mobile operation, the Pocket Rocket does not include the top viewing

The latest MICRO 24 technology package takes mobile CNC machining beyond simply cutting the wheel.
The machine can now monitor, record and document the machining process, providing operators and
customers with greater visibility of the work carried out.

INTEGRATED HD CCTV
The MICRO 24 incorporates an integrated high-definition CCTV system designed to record the machining
process. The system provides a clear view of the machining area while the machine is operating, while the recorded footage
can provide a visual record of the work carried out.
This gives the workshop an additional level of visibility and traceability.

INTEGRATED CNC SCREEN RECORDING
The MICRO 24 also incorporates screen recording, allowing the machine’s CNC control-screen activity to be
recorded during operation.

Diagnostics
Recorded machine operation can help technicians understand what happened during a machining cycle when
technical issues arise. This can assist with fault diagnosis and technical support.
Training
Screen recordings can also be used as a training resource, allowing operators to review programming procedures,
machine settings and operating sequences.
The result is a system capable of recording both what the machine is doing and what the operator is doing on
the CNC control system.

WHEEL PROFILE CERTIFICATE
The MICRO 24 also introduces a new level of documentation with the Wheel Profile Certificate.
The system can record the wheel profile and the material removed during the machining process.
This information can then be used to produce a printable certificate for the customer.
