The integrated sliding top rail system features two wheels per rail, allowing you to load and coat four wheels simultaneously. Once loaded, the wheels can be slid back and forth through the booth, giving the operator easy access around the entire wheel without repeatedly lifting, turning or repositioning heavy wheels. 16kW Electric Curing Oven The 2m × 2m electric powder coating oven provides the controlled heat required to cure powder coating consistently. Its generous internal space is designed around the four-wheel workflow, helping create a smooth, efficient process from coating through to curing.

The matching 2m × 2m water wash booth is engineered to help control overspray and maintain a cleaner working environment. The full stainless-steel construction provides a durable, professional booth, while the water wash system helps capture and contact waste powder overspray. This helps reduce airborne contamination and supports a cleaner coating environment for a dust-free finish.
