A tried and tested efficient electric recirculating oven particularly suited to alloy wheels, can be exhausted directly to the exterior atmosphere by means of 100mm ducting. Capable of hanging and heating 6 wheels at a time and can be used in combination with an additional unit to increase future volumes. Ideal for both small and medium workshops.
The oven is heated to the required temperature by means of a temperature controller and timer. The duration can be set for both the baking time required and the temperature required for the operation.
The heat is circulated by means of an electric fan and recirculated throughout the process.
The oven can comfortably accommodate 6 average size wheels.
The spray cabin is constructed of mild steel which has been folded and weld prior to being powder coated and assembled, the interior panels are of Aludip construction.
