The RS Wet Autoblas­ter is a state-of-the-art wheel etching solution, specifically engineered for diamond-cut wheels. Delivering a uniform etch in just 3 to 4 minutes per side, it’s the ideal tool for professionals demanding speed, precision, and reliability. The robust 740mm blast table carousel accommodates wheels up to 29 inches, making it versatile for a wide range of applications. Constructed from high-grade 2mm 304 stainless steel and fully powder coated in grey, this machine is built to last in demanding workshop environments. Standard features include a front-opening door, twin side-mounted motors, a dual slurry pump system, and essential cleaning tools like a wash-off gun and air blow-off gun for quick rinsing and drying. Enhanced visibility is provided by triple 500mm anti-shadow LED light bars, while a 3kW sump heater supports effective de-greasing. For user safety and convenience, it’s equipped with a safety door switch, easy-reach control panel with a large emergency stop button, and features like a cycle timer, speed control, and a closed-loop media recirculation system with a pinch valve. The built-in stainless steel sedimentation tank and filter roll system ensure efficient operation, while the heavy-duty rubber gauntlets and mobile wheel-mounted design make the RS Wet Autoblas­ter as ergonomic as it is powerful.
